A session profile is a group of sessions that you can apply to a member or members all in one go.
For example, let's say you have a swim group called tadpoles, and the tadpoles train on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. You would create a session profile (Setup > Club > Session Profiles) called "Tadpoles" and add the Monday, Wednesday and Saturday sessions to it (assuming you have created the club sessions previously).

Select the session profile, select the member and click "Update".
This will remove all the current sessions from the member in question and add the new ones from the session profile.
