You can move members from one group to another in bulk. To do this, go to "Members > Move > Between Groups".
Click on the group you want to move members from, then click the check box for each member that you want to move.
If you check the "Send Email" option, you can send the members an email at the same time. Use the following email tags to inform the members:
- First name - the member's first name
- Last name - the member's last name
- Groups added to - the groups the member has moved to
- Sessions added to - the new sessions applied if the group selected has a session profile attached
