When you send out emails via the system, if a recipient's mail server "bounces" the email due to a problem or non-existent email address, we will add that email to the blacklist so you can't send email to them again.
Running this report shows you all members with problems with their email.
If a member reports your email as SPAM, they will also be added to the black list.
When you click on the info icon a popup will open telling you the reason why they are on the black list (emails bounced etc). The "Remove From Blacklist" option is only there if the reason is they marked it as spam and they have done it less than 3 times.
You can't remove someone from the blacklist if their email account bounces back or they have marked more than 2 of your emails as spam.
If you change their email address, they will be removed from the black list if the email you changed it to is not on the black list.
If a member has marked one or more of your emails as spam three times, you will not be able to remove them from the black list.

Add email folders so you can move emails from your club inbox to help keep it more organised. Once added, click on the folder name to edit. To move an email into a folder, drag it out of the inbox and into the folder when viewing your club inbox.
